When you get thrown out of whacky!

So...I have totally been undercover the past couple days as a 90 year old brittle grandma apparently! I threw my neck out two nights ago, couldn't move without crying (not tears of joy), trying random heat and cold remedies that included rubbing cayenne pepper on my neck and  back.

  Went to the chiropractor yesterday and then popped almost 100 times being put into place. I then was treated to an amazing massage from my mother in law and on top of all that...my hubby stayed home from work to take care of me!

  Umm...terrible pain but yet feeling amazingly blessed!!!  A whole day of getting taken care of even though I was in pain was pleasantly pleasant!!!
