Ok so I just made this...and with no white chocolate!! And tastes even better :) all you need is cream, milk, vanilla and sugar! Whisk that all up in saucepan to taste! While that's heating up don't forget the whip cream!!! :) a must I think! I used heavy cream, a dash of white sugar and vanilla and whisked til slightly firm! Then topped with a waffle cone and sprinkles and it tastes as good as it tastes!! PS if placed in freezer til firm you have got a quick yummy ice cream!
