Feel the light! I saw HOME today with all of my boys and I loved it! Something about it just struck me in a good way...the title of the film essentially says it all.
A young girl named, "Tippy" is on the quest to find her mother after the "Boovs" or better yet let's just call them enemies...take her mother. When she sets out on her journey she runs into some trouble and winds up needing one of the enemies help. "Oh", the accident prone "Boov" somehow thought she could also help him. "Oh", was someone who never seemed to fit in, he looked the same as the "Boovs" but yet was still different. "Tippy" also never felt she fit in or was cool enough. "Tippy" and "Oh" started to create a long lasting love and friendship. Eventually through love and sacrifice for others they were able to save each other, their people and be "HOME".
It makes me want to be a better mother and just soak it all in! It might not be the quietest most peaceful day or the most perfect one. You might even feel like you failed at something or became just so nit picky over the tiniest things. Does all of that truly even matter? I realized today that NO it doesn't. What matters is happiness and whomever you share it with!
I choose to share it with these amazing littles and be the best mom I can be. I want them to forever want to come HOME.

Another great moment to the end of my day...my boys just loving sprinklers and finding joy in running through them! They always choose to, feel the light!
