The Bees 🐝 with these!

9.07.2015

The 🐝BEES🐝 game for our YWs activity was just the fun I needed!🙏🏻
Here is how it went...we also won!

Oh ya baby corn won the race! 🌽

Just so happens that my girls even ❤️ my fave dippin dots flavor!
Do you even have to ask?  Rainbow Ice of course! 🌈

I think they stole my phone because this is just like a quick shot of oh about a couple hundred selfies! 😘

"Oh come on Ramirez!  I know you're not my home team but you are the same age as me, pitch amazingly, my hubby says it's fine if you give me a ball⚾️...no seriously, please give me a ball...?  Your number 50 rocks obviously!"

🌀Well this group pic pretty much sums up who stuck together at the best night out I have had out in a while!  Our YW need to experience more exciting, blood pumping, smiling faces and fun from now on!  Why hello Janet, Shauna, Kate, Kaylee, Hannah and Mia!🌀

Happy 4th of July!

- My Festive Cowboys -

Happy 4th of July from our family to yours!
We celebrated the day of star spangled freedom with our littles in cowboy hats, matching polos, hubby in a Hawaiian lei and myself wearing a rockin' blue bandanna!  Holidays are for creating memories with your families and we sure did!  Creating memories are what we remember and I want my boys to someday share their memories with their own families...
To start off the day of freedom I made my boys "Freedom Crepes".  The crepes were a hit! A beautiful shade of blue topped with strawberries in the shape of a star, blueberries and powdered sugar!  The colors gotta represent of course!
Towards lunch time the littles began to get a little antsy so I made them star shaped sandwiches and they finished that off with a little photo session while eating bomb pops!  They were in heaven and frankly so was I seeing them enjoy each other and the holiday!
We then made it over to our family reunion where we found ourselves quite wet, playing fun games and soaking in the sun.  There were plenty of games that we participated in and one of my favorites was the twinkie eating contest where I got to see my biggest little and my other biggest boy (hubby) go at it!  They were talented I must say but not quite quick enough...uncle Shayne won by eating his twinkie whole I think and then not chewing...?  Still undecided...LOL!  After the festivities we ate tons of yummy food, played with many many many cousins and got to know my other side of the family a lot better!  My grandma June was there and I feel like I was 12 the last time I saw her!  That's weird to say out loud.
After the reunion we retired home to a BBQ filled with fresh fruits, mini wieners, meatballs, baseball in our circle and SPARKLERS!  The littles were super thrilled to do fireworks this year.  They insisted on accompanying daddy on the purchasing earlier in the day.
Braxton was so very enthralled with helping light the fireworks, Storm well he wasn't quite a fan of getting to close until it came to the sparklers and Linky...well he conked out pretty early.  Too much sun and fun from earlier I am guessing.
To sum it up it was another MEMORY TO REMEMBER!  I am so happy to always have my family around to share precious moments with!
